THE FIRST ORIENTATION PROGRAM STARTED JUNE 4TH, 2007 AT THE MARSHALL VOLUNTEER RESCUE SQUAD. SEVEN NEW EMPLOYEES ATTENDED THE PROGRAM FOR TWO WEEKS. THE PROGRAM WAS DEVELOPED TO FAMILIARIZE NEW EMPLOYEES WITH COUNTY GOVERNMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND THE DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES AND EMS PROTOCOLS.

A GRADUATION CEREMONY WAS HELD JUNE 15TH, 2007 AT THE MARSHALL VOLUNTEER RESCUE SQUAD. CHIEF MYER, ASSISTANT CHIEF STEVENS, DEPUTY CHIEF TRICARICO, CAPTAIN CLAYTON, CAPTAIN ARFT AND THE STAFF STATIONED AT THE MARSHALL VOLUNTEER RESCUE SQUAD AND THE PLAINS VOLUNTEER FIRE AND RESCUE DEPARTMENT WERE IN ATTENDANCE.
